What Your Customers Don’t Say

We have all been there with a customer at some point, that point where you know there is something they want to say in terms of their needs, wants, etc but they just wont spit it out. You know it’s there, but you can’t pull it out of them. Below are some thing’s that your customers don’t say but wish you automatically knew. Some are meant in great fun, but still hold some truth to them somewhere.

●Telling me what you don’t know makes me trust you more.
●I don’t want you to be perfect, I just need to know I can rely on you.
●I want to trust you, but it’s hard for me to trust anyone.
●My life is stressful, if you can help reduce that stress I’ll forever be grateful.
●I have the attention span of a goldfish, if you don’t call me in a few day’s I’ll forget you ever existed.
●I like to get thing’s no one else is getting.
●I want to buy your product, but I need you to help justify it to me.
●It really is all about me.
●I feel I deserve a lot more then what I’m getting.

●I believe that most of what’s wrong in my life is someone else’s fault. Let me keep that cozy illusion and I’ll believe anything you say.
