A business is like a child. It needs support, guidance, and protection. And like a child, your business needs some things that you, the parent, can’t provide. And then there are things your business needs that you may not feel ready to give. Both situations call for outside support, recently stated on Shaboom Inc.

Learn how to focus a little better. If you are finding that you have so many awesome ideas that you don’t know where to start, make a list of them all and prioritize them by importance. Make sure that you know when something is no longer needing your attention or a project is definitely complete so that you can easily move onto the next project.

Think about what the biggest obstacle is for your business wether it be finances, technology support, etc. and then find resources to help you better the situation. Look back at your priority list and then add “getting support” to the top of that list, this is where the starting point should always be that way everything after the fact will run smoother.

Focusing on work, rather than the bills, is getting harder everyday.

  • This is a perfect comparison to all living organisms in life, you have to take care of your business just as you would for a baby the first time. As the Business Grows the more intelligent it becomes and when it reaches it’s adolescent the more you have to do, once it reaches its adulthood, that is when it is grown enough to take care of itself. You have successfully built a Clock.
