How To Be A Better CEO

Today so many people are looking for better and more promising companies to work for, they want to work for a comopany that not only has a good purpose in life but has a great CEO who takes care of their employees and customer’s as well. Below are a few good tips on how to be a better CEO located on Inc.com.
Begin by delegating more. When you enter an already existing company as a CEO is much easier to delegate right off the bat rather than someone who started the company and has a hard time letting go. Delegate to those who you know can do a better job and quicker job than you can at that moment.
Always make sure you are communicating well with your board. Your board is one of the most important aspects of your company, so if there is miss communication or lack of then there could be some serious problems in the future.
Zappos founder Tony Hsieh is a nice guy and an accomplished entrepreneur, but he’s not a natural backslapper. So, to become more sociable and put business partners and employees at ease, he told Inc. he would like to develop a better sense of humor. “I’ve been researching the science of humor, and I think it can be learned like any skill,” he said.

While I don’t have any idea what it takes to be a better CEO, as I am not one, I will say that I absolutely love working with Tony! There aren’t too many CEO types that I have seen to be genuine and sold out for his people, Tony is an exception (at least from my experiences). I emailed him one day thanking him for the opportunity to be a part of the “magic at Zappos”, what followed was a several day email conversation about what what my life’s dreams were. It was incredible! I am so glad to be with a company that has one of the nest CEO’s that I know.
