That does sound like a good system they have developed, but my question is how many people would actually hire someone to clean their barbeque when they can do it in under five minutes their self and probably for much cheaper.

I had my BBQ cleaners by these guys in NJ and they spent 1 1/2 hours .. they did more than I would ever do … soaked the grates and polished it. Worth every penny.
