Legislation Threatens Seller Financing

Whether you’re a home based business person in the real estate market or you’re a person in the “cashflow” business, some recent legislation threatens your ability to work in this home based business without an onerous regulatory burden about to be foisted upon you by Congress.
Here’s the warning Bill Mencarow of Paper Source Online sent out today.
All home business people should tell the Government to back off with their stupid, ill conceived regulations.
H.R. 1728 has recently passed the U.S. House of Representatives and has been sent to the Senate for a vote. It says you won’t be able to sell residential real estate using owner financing more than once every three years unless you have a government license.
Please take a few moments to read this e-mail and then contact your two U.S. Senators. Sample letters are at the end. If you need your senators’ contact information, go here:

Thank you for helping to stop this horrible bill.

I’ll have to show this article to a friend of mine in the Real Estate Business.
Thanks for keeping us up to date. The Senate had better not pass this vote.
