All of the single moms profiled in the book who went through the 100 day action plan saw a tremendous, positive transformation in their lives. While this book is directed towards single moms, the information provided and the outlined action plan could indeed apply to any person who is having difficulty bridging the gap from where they are now in life to where to they want to be in the near future. The book is an uplifting must read for anyone who feels stuck but wants more out of life than what they are currently getting.
