I feel that people search for ways to run their businesses from home more now than ever before and technology is making it possible for a lot of businesses to have the opportunity to be ran remotely.
Completely running your business with a iPhone depends on the business type and the iPhone applications included, as with some businesses it would be impossible to run all aspects of your business with just an iPhone.
Still though, people hunt for new ways to manage all of the business details and procedures remotely and eventually there probably will be an opportunity for people to manage any business from a handheld device such as a iPhone or Blackberry.
