  • Oh! QuickBooks is pretty old school and sucks when it comes to invoicing needs of startups. Give a try on online invoicing tool such as Freshbooks or CurdBee, which would suit best.

  • I agree with the other two comments: there are FAR better tools on the market than QuickBooks — I would strongly advise against using it for anyone who needs something more lightweight and intuitive. WorkingPoint is a much more robust end-to-end solution.

  • For some entrepreneurs, adapting to new technology is a big step for them. Overcoming the learning curve seems like something many of them find costing. So make sure there are helpful ways to learn the software adequately. A lot of entrepreneurs use Bill4Time for simple project management, mobile time tracking, and invoicing. There are video tutorials and really helpful technical support.
