The Lice Squad will be located in parents’ child hub at the Algonquin School, 2650 Algonquin St., from 10 a. m. until noon.

“We want to educate the public and help break the stigma associated with head lice,”Dawn Mucci, founder and director of The Lice Squad, said in a release.

“There is still much misunderstanding about how to effectively treat lice. You can remove lice without pesticides and this is a message all Canadian families should hear.”

Location and time details will be posted at www.licesquad.com by Sept. 15.

Lice Squad is a professional pesticide-free head lice removal, education and identification service franchising across Canada since 2001.
