Fantastic Fortune Cookies

Seacostonline:

A desire to have restaurant fortune cookies taste better prompted York resident Cindy Francis to formulate her own fortune cookie batter, a recipe that ultimately led to the creation of Fantastic Fortunes, LLC.

According to Francis, while her “gourmet fortune cookies” are the same shape as typical fortune cookies and possess a “classic crisp fortune cookie texture and consistency,” her version is distinctive in its substantially larger size and how it is made.

Noting her cookies are “the size of a large naval orange and consist of only premium, all-natural ingredients,” she said she hand dips each fortune cookie in milk, dark, or white chocolate and tops them with a variety of decadent toppings.

“I can add a contrasting chocolate or sprinkles, almonds, or toffee crunch—anything really,” said Francis.
