It also announced a brand new make-over including a new-look and new logo in keeping with the expansion strategy.

The food chain, which currently has 12 outlets in Bangalore plans to open new outlets in five cities starting with Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and subsequently in tier-two cities like Mysore, Mangalore, Nasik, Aurangabad, Coimbatore, Kiran Nadkarni, Founder and CEO of the firm, told reporters today.

The expansion would entail three formats:dine-in restaurants to be located in areas of high footfalls where consumers could sit and enjoy the food, the delta restaurants to be opened in suburban communities which would be a mix of restricted dining space and offering delivery and take aways and the Express take-away formats to be located at airports, stations, malls, tech mparks and petrol stations.

The outlets would be a mix of company-owned and franchisee model (60:40). “Over the next two years, we will be present prominently in southern India and western regions”, said Aloke Totlani, Head of Business Development and Franchise Operation.
