Youngsters No Longer Need License to Sell Lemonade

Tulare Advance-Register:
Young Tulare entrepreneurs wanting to operate stands selling homemade lemonade or other beverages won’t have to pay for a business license, but there are rules.
For example, they can only do business on school holidays and vacation time, Friday after school and weekends.
Those are two of the 10 requirements in a new ordinance adopted by the Tulare City Council regulating sales by minors. The ordinance comes at the request of Ed Earnest, the father of 8-year-old Daniela, who received national attention in August after city officials shut down her lemonade stand and had her relocate it.

I think that is really good that they no longer need a license to sell lemonade, although i don’t think a child ever should have needed a license to sell lemonade, it’s a little kid selling lemonade for god sakes. And with there still being rules on selling lemonade is just ridiculous…all they are doing is selling lemonade so they can buy a new toy or something, i mean come on!
