The company has opened eight franchises this year – including three in the past three weeks. It expanded into Toowoomba in June, Rockhampton in August and Hervey Bay in mid-November.

“It’s an exciting time for Zarraffa’s,” said CEO Kenton Campbell. “Not only are we opening a larger quantity of stores than ever before but we are also growing outward from our core market in south-east Queensland.”

Campbell believes that the biggest indicator of Zarraffa’s success is the growth of multiple store owners and the opening of stores in virgin territories.
