A Jimmy’s Egg restaurant might be coming to the Duncan area as soon as the spring according to a press release.
The Jimmy’s Egg Franchise Systems announced that the breakfast and lunch chain has signed a new area development agreement for southwestern Oklahoma with Joe Day and Top of the Morning, LLC. The development agreement includes Lawton, Duncan, Altus and Chickasha.
“We are excited about Mr. Day joining Jimmy’s Egg as a multi-unit developer. His 10-plus years of experience at Chili’s as director of Oklahoma operations will help strengthen the system†said Jim Burke, manager of Jimmy’s Egg Franchise Systems. “We continue to have qualified investors and operators join the Jimmy’s Egg system because the investment model is solid and the hours of operation allow for a great quality of life.â€
