Used Cell Phone Franchise: Cell Again

By on January 15, 2010 in Biz Ops / Featured

Traditionally, cell phone carriers pay most retailers commissions 90 days after a phone is sold. This puts sellers in a constant state of negative cash flow. Buy focusing on buying used phones and selling them to customers with no allegiance to carriers, the new franchise Cell Again has set itself apart and become very successful.

Their franchise system focuses on low-risk, kiosk locations where customers not only purchase phones and accessories, but can also sell their old cell phones. They have five current locations with four in Utah and one in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to the company, their kiosks make between $18,000 to $24,000 gross revenue a month.

That’s a common way to succeed in any business.
Identify your competitors and focus on providing unmet needs and specific problems that need to be solved.
People are always willing to pay you if you can help them solve a problem or achieve their goals better than other competitors.

This is cool, but you should google “The iPhone Repair Club”. They teach you to do the same but for a lot less money. There’s a lot of free videos there.
