GarageExperts.com, a fast-growing Garage Improvement Franchisor, has awarded its first franchise agreement in the Seattle, Washington area. This is part of an expansion plan to add more than 10 territories across the region over the next three to five years. Each franchise will be locally owned and operated.
John Patterson signed a two-territory agreement and will open the first GarageExperts.com franchise in the spring of 2010 .
“It’s a very exciting business model that is attractive to a lot of people,” said Patterson. “And Seattle, in general, is an ideal market for GarageExperts because people really value their homes and improving their garage is a way to get more usable space out of their existing home.”Patterson will act as the President and has extensive experience in the construction industry, including ventures with commercial and residential roofing. Additionally, Patterson has a pool of long-term employees who are chomping at the bit to get off the roof and into the garage.
