The Great TCBY Store Giveaway
TCBY is offering entrepreneurs the chance to own their own TCBY with a store giveaway worth more than $300,000. With the unemployment rate sitting just below 10 percent, this could be an opportunity for a business minded individual to help stimulate their local economy.
The national contest is open to all U.S. residents over the age of 21. To enter, contestants must submit a video, no longer than two minutes, explaining why they should be the recipient of their very own TCBY, why their town is the perfect location, and what they have to offer the brand. You can check out some of the current submissions at our YouTube channel. Submissions will be judged on creativity, a sense of business acumen, and originality. Video submissions will be accepted until March 31, 2010.

That sounds like it would be a great opportunity for the right person! If anything, someone who might have recently been laid off and looking for something different might find what they want in their own franchise. May the best person win. :-)
