    The part the has worked the most for me is the Fitness plan. I started running about a year ago because Internet Marketing can make you fat man!

    But if you follow a good fitness program or something that relaxes you it helps a lot especially when you spend 15-18 hours sitting down :)

    I like #2, follow a fitness plan. That’s especially important for those of us that spend a lot of time working at a computer. I don’t have a strict fitness regime but I do try to walk for at least 30 minutes a day.

    Ask for help. That’s so important. Just because you are your own boss does not mean you are your own advisor. There’s no shame in asking for another pair of eyes to help you out. I do this all the time. I welcome constructive criticism, solicited and unsolicited. Business owners, myself included, need humbled every now and then.
