'Fun Lady' Has Made A Career Of Keeping Passion Alive

Known as “The Fun Lady,” C J Haynes recalls when her clients would ask her to park out of sight from neighbors and pretend not to know them when crossing paths in public.
As one of the first women in Memphis to peddle adult novelty products, Haynes has been selling lotions, lingerie and bedroom toys in clients’ homes for the last 28 years.
In the same manner spatulas are sold at Tupperware parties, Haynes has long shown off her scented and sexy wares to all-female gatherings.
After hauling in a trunk-load of sensual products from her Mercedes, Haynes routinely would throw off her long mink, turn to a room of women waiting on her and say, “You all ready to have fun?”
A consultant with Passion Parties Inc., based in Las Vegas, her Whitehaven home is filled with trophies and plaques from the female-operated company, recognizing her for bringing in well over $1 million in sales year after year.
