Dunkin’ Donuts Announces Four New Restaurants In St. Louis

Marketwire:

Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s favorite every day, all-day stop for coffee and baked goods, announced today the signing of a multi-unit store development agreement with existing franchisee Milan Patel for four new restaurants in St. Louis. Two restaurants will open in 2012 and the remainder by 2014. Dunkin’ Donuts’ development throughout St. Louis is part of a steady and strategic growth strategy, which includes expanding in existing markets while entering new cities across the country to help drive the leading coffee and bakery chain’s growth.

Milan Patel has one Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant open in the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport with another scheduled to open this summer. He is also the owner operator of OHM Concession Group, Inc. and operates the following brands at Lambert: Pasta House, Great American Bagel, Carvel and Vienna Beef. He has commitments to open three Dunkin’ Donuts units in the Baltimore-Washington International Airport.

“I am excited to expand Dunkin’ Donuts’ presence in St. Louis and play an important role in the daily lives of people who live, work and visit here,” said Milan Patel. “I have a strong passion and loyalty for the brand and look forward to the opening of my additional restaurants in the community.”
