Teens Sew Up Duct-Tape Contest
Who says couture has to be expensive?
Two teenagers walked away with $3000 each for creating their prom outfits entirely out of duct tape.
The Arizona Republic says it took Ray Banna and Yancy Esquivel 300 hours to create their designs. They used scissors, permanent markers, a sewing machine and 30 rolls of duct tape.
More than 44,000 people voted them into the number one spot after a lively online campaign.

Those have got to be the coolest prom outfits that i’ve ever seen! It’s hard to imagine that the whole entire outfit was made out of duct tape, i would imagine that they stuck two sides of tape together in order to keep it from sticking to their skin, otherwise that would be a very uncomfortable outfit.
