SystemCare Environmental Ltd. is suing Maritime Remediation Ltd. and its president, Laurie Conrad, over a two-year non-competition agreement that just kicked into gear.
SystemCare is alleging that the Bedford company, after operating as a franchisee for five years, is now breaching the terms of an agreement that prevents it from operating a similar business in mainland Nova Scotia until the fall of 2012. More.
