Carpet and upholstery cleaning franchise Safeclean reports on its series of annual workshops.
Safeclean held another series of its successful annual workshops in June, spread across four locations in the UK.
Steve Calvert, Safeclean’s Franchise Operations Manager, comments: “The aim of the workshops are to allow the network the opportunity to share any queries or comments not just with us at head office, but with each other.
“It’s great because we have such a mix of different aged franchises, some of who have been with us coming up to 30 years and others for just a few months. They are all able to share their experiences and also share fresh and new initiatives.”
“It’s the only way we get to know what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong and luckily for me, the majority of the comments were positive. We know we can never be perfect, that’s not what we are trying to achieve, but its good to hear that so much of what we are doing is good.”
