The Briad Group,
a Corner Bakery Café franchisee, has opened the first of 35 stores planned in northern New Jersey and Long Island, N.Y., for the Dallas-based chain.
The Livingston, N.J.-based Briad’s flagship location is in the Promenade Shops at Clifton. The franchisee has an eight-year construction timeframe for the territory. The 24-year-old Briad Group also has 43 Wendy’s and 70 T.G.I. Friday’s franchised sites in its portfolio.
