Private Investors Buy Hooters

Bizjournals.com: Hooters of America completed a deal to transfer ownership of the Atlanta-based restaurant chain from the estate of Robert H. Brooks into the hands of a consortium of private investors, including Chanticleer Holdings of South Africa.
