Nice! What a fine way to give bottles a second life – it is environmentally practical, taking beer bottles which won’t be trashed, but instead reborn as other items. And I suddenly remembered: a few years ago someone Christmas gifted me with a unique, freeform glass pendant on a sterling bezel. I get more darn comments – and have never seen another like it. The person who gave it to me said it was made from old bottles. Reusing glass creatively? Wow that’s what I call a timely concept. And given the fact that tons of bottles are thrown out daily here in NYC alone – some body’s sitting on a gold mine!
