McDonald’s France Testing Table Service

QSRweb.com:

There may not be an extensive wine list or a “Garçon,” but some McDonald’s France customers have been getting special treatment. About 50 of the chain’s restaurants have been testing table service and, so far, results have been positive.

According to Le Figaro, the component could eventually be included in all of McDonald’s France’s 1,195 units within the next year or so.

Testing is being done exclusively at units with McCafe counters, which feature pastries, cakes, coffee, etc., as well as kiosk ordering/payment. The table service trial period is scheduled to be concluded by the end of this year before a decision is made about a general market implementation.
