Legacy Wine & Spirits International Ltd., an importer, wholesaler and retailer of fine wines in China announced today that it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Paul Stewart, President of Franchise Associates (FA), to market the Legacy Wine Merchants Retail Franchises in the United States. FA has generated over $500 million in revenues in the last 12 years for their clients. FA has an impressive track record and if Legacy experiences a fraction of their success with other clients they will become a powerhouse like Merry Maids®, which sold for $25 Million or Manhattan Bagel Company® which went public for $55 Million. FA has also generated success for household names like FastSigns® ($100 Million) and Jiffy Lube® ($56 Million). The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
