Local Salad Franchisee Continues Growth With Another Pennsylvania Saladworks

Franchise News International (blog):

Saladworks, the nation’s first and largest fresh-tossed salad franchise concept, has opened a new location in Centerville Square Shopping Center, Lancaster, PA.

This is the third restaurant location for Lancaster-based Saladworks franchisees Curtis High and Jordan Rideout and they are currently developing a fourth, slated to open by the end of the year. High school friends turn business partners, High and Rideout each had more than a decade of experience in operations at a restaurant franchise and a large retail construction store, respectively. High says even though he managed a fast food restaurant, he often found himself seeking out Saladworks’ healthy, fresh offerings at lunch time. Rideout says he also was a fan of Saladworks and it took him mere moments to make up his mind when High proposed the subject of a partnership.

“Saladworks has been tremendous for us. When we opened our first location in 2006 in Lititiz, PA, Saladworks actively guided us through the whole process, from signing the lease to opening the restaurant and maximizing profitability. Thanks to the support of the Saladworks team, we have opened a new location every single year. Their mentorship has been simply invaluable.”
