Sarasota’s ‘Multi-Task Man’

Sarasota Herald-Tribune:

Sometimes there just aren’t enough hours in the day (or night) to suit David Freeman, with his non-stop schedule of his job, home renovation and hobbies.

“The more things I’ve got going on, the better,” says Freeman, who works at the concierge desk part time at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. In his off hours, he plays percussion in a garage band, refurbishes old cars and motorcycles, or is busy working on his three bedroom/two bath, 3,000-square-foot house in Braden Woods in eastern Manatee County. He chose the place because it was “the worst looking house in a great neighborhood, and I knew I’d have plenty to do,” he says.

“The two acres of land surrounding the house and the woods beyond my lot definitely appealed to me from a privacy standpoint, but the yard looked terrible,” he says. “It still does, but that’s my next project.” Full story.
