Angie’s right, because actually it’s the alpha state, when the brain waves are slowed down, just before sleep, that’s PERFECT for ‘percolating’ concepts. And for me? I can’t tell you how often I get an idea while I am fixing breakfast for our cats, with Jake, Mack and Lexie purring and meowing around my ankles!
