According to the Giovanni L. franchise it currently has a network of just under 30 ice-cream stores: both in Germany and in Spain. The company also announced recently that it is planning to open up a store in Denver, USA.
Furthermore, the franchise system has now won the “2011 Most Innovative Ice-Cream” competition run by the Qype internet portal and the communications agency, “Schmeckt’s?”. The ice-cream to be given this award was the company’s “Quattro Formaggi with fruits of the forest and candied walnuts”.
