Barking Mad Set For USA Expansion

Barking Mad, which provides a home from home pet care service franchise, is set to expand its concept in the USA.

Last year the company launched its International Partnership Programme, which was set up to make it easier to export its brand into the US market. Now that training and research is complete the system in the US is open for business. Lee Dancy, Managing Director and founder of Barking Mad, said: “We are thrilled to announce what is a fantastic deal for all concerned and promotes our company to a whole new level. We haven’t sold a Master License, nor have we sold our trading name, our arrangements is simply based upon providing our know how so they can fast track to launch, trading under a different name.”

The company states that the nature of this deal is clearly different from a typical Master Franchise agreement, as it involves no ongoing fees and offers more flexibility with partners able to select a business name appropriate to their country and have the ability to adapt the systems to meet local market demands.
