Sir Veza’s Ready To Spread Wings To Tucson Mall, Sky Harbor Airport

The owner of Tucson’s Sir Veza’s Taco Garage is spreading his restaurant’s wings by opening two new locations, one of which will be in a high-profile spot at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Ray Flores, who owns and operates Sir Veza’s, 4699 E. Speedway, is also opening a second Tucson location at 220 W. Wetmore Road at Tucson Mall in a building that last housed a Marie Callender’s Restaurant.

Flores, who is also president of El Charro Café restaurants, says opening a Sir Veza’s in Sky Harbor will give him the kind of exposure most restaurateurs only dream of. It also helps him break into the Phoenix market. Read more.
