When Grant Stevens first started researching holistic ways to ease the aches and pains of his three senior dogs, he never dreamed it would lead to a new business venture. After seeing a dramatic change in his own dogs thanks to therapeutic massage and other treatments, Stevens is now sharing his talents through his new business Tonic Touch Chicago.

Stevens completed a course in small animal massage in the summer of 2010. Since that time he’s expanded to learn acupressure, Tellington Touch (T Touch), Moxibustion and off-body energy work.

Yes, Grant’s totally onto something. Our longtime vet, Dr. Schaubhut at East Village Vet here in NY has for years provided superb traditional care for pets, coupled with holistic/homeopathic tinctures and mixtures, massage, etc. It is a wonderfully organic way to work with your dog or cat – most especially as they mature, suffering more aches and pains, and the accompanying illnesses of old age… just like humans!
