Everyone except me wants the iPad for Christmas, anyway. I am still in love with my Kindle Fire. I am guessing it was lumped under e-reader?

I was surprised to see that iPad buying interest is so high above computers. While much computing similarities exist, many still do not see the benefit of iPads over computers and do not see them as a replacement. I think that the main reason kids want these nowadays is their gaming abilities. WIth no needs for file storage or serious programs, an iPad seems to be a “cooler” alternative. Too bad its way more expensive than a Gameboy or Nintendo DS.
