Do you remember the movie Back to the Future 2? In the film, Marty McFly and Doc Brown travel to year 2015, where they encounter all manner of futuristic devices, including flying cars, self adjusting sneakers and hoverboards.

There are still three years left before we catch up with the “future”, and unlike self adjusting sneakers, hovering wheel-less skateboards still look as far off as ever. Luckily, for those of you who want one, you can buy a hoverboard replica from JGDesignz on Etsy.

This full size replica hoverboard measures approximately 8 inches by 27 inches. It is constructed of high quality laminated graphics securely affixed to a rigid half inch thick foamcore board. The bottom of the hoverboard features solid hardwood pieces that have been skillfully hand painted and sealed with 3 layers of matte finish clear-coat and finally securely mounted to the hoverboard with epoxy.
