Be Franchising, originally setup as part of County Durham’s Local Economic Growth Initiative (LEGI) back in 2007, whose European funded status ended in September has found a new lease of life offering an extended range of services to a wider audience.

The Be Franchising initiative was the UK’s seminal enterprise growth programme offering a range of services to would-be entrepreneurs across County Durham. Where peer organisations offered business advice and assistance to those considering or actually in self employment. Be Franchising adopted a different approach, concentrating on the franchised business model.
