Trevor Banks wants to stay in the ice-cream business. But he doesn’t want to stay in it with ice-cream franchise Wendy’s. After paying $250,000 to establish a Wendy’s franchise at the Mount Druitt Westfield in 2007, he started questioning the model he had chosen.
