In Bjurholm, Sweden you’ll find the world’s only producer of moose cheese. The Moose House, a 59-acre moose farm with three moose that produce a total of only 660 pounds of cheese per year. Since moose only lactate for a few months per year, and they require almost complete silence while milking, the process is not easily expandable.

Why am I telling you this? Well, the cheese just happens to sells for about $500 per pound.
