Salt Lake Tribune:

UFood Restaurant Group Inc., a Boston-based company that franchises the UFood Grills, said its Utah franchisee has opened the first of two units at the Salt Lake City International Airport.

“Our first UFood Grill at the airport was opened on Friday,” COO Charles A. Cocotas said. “We have a second unit slated to open later this month.”

The franchisee, Hojeij Branded Foods, operates multiple food and beverage concessions at many of the nation’s top airports, Cocotas said. “They are a top-notch operator.”
