Heavy sweaters and bulky coats are officially stowed away for winter and Häagen-Dazs® Shops, known for its pure, super premium ice cream, today announced it will host a free cone day for customers visiting any participating location nationwide.
From 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8, the Häagen-Dazs brand encourages consumers to stop by any of the more than 250 locations nationwide and enjoy a scoop of their favorite ice cream flavor, on the house.
“May is a time when communities across the nation start to say ‘so long’ to winter woes and ‘hello’ to the sweet sound of summer,†said Dawn Uremovich, president of Häagen-Dazs Shops. “We wanted to create a fun-filled afternoon that gets people out of their houses and we couldn’t think of a better way than to entice them with a free scoop of ice cream.â€
