Franchise Foundry And franchisEssentials Enter Strategic Partnership With Official Merger On The Horizon

franchisEssentials, a consultancy, marketing and development organization for franchise concepts, announced today that it has entered a strategic partnership agreement with venture capital firm, Franchise Foundry. Although a formal merger of the two brands is still forthcoming, franchisEssentials is immediately moving forward as the consulting arm of Franchise Foundry with the President and CEO of franchisEssentials, Paul Segreto, serving as the Foundry’s Chief Development Officer.

In his new role, Segreto will spearhead operations aimed at improving unit-economics of the Foundry’s current brand portfolio, as well as attracting new franchise brands for acquisition, partnership or turnaround.

“The leadership and reputation of our two brands are long-standing staples within franchising,” said Segreto. “Combining the two, and capitalizing on the strengths of each, allows us to offer a broader range of services and provide additional focus and quality to developing growth and improving a variety of franchise systems.”
