Wiggin and Dana welcomes John B. Kennedy as a corporate partner in the firm’s Stamford office. He joins Wiggin and Dana from Dewey & LeBoeuf.
Mr. Kennedy has more than 25 years of experience and is recognized nationally for his work on transactions and counseling in the law of information technology, data privacy and security, intellectual property and e-commerce. His clients have included Fortune 500 as well as emerging companies in the financial services, technology, communications, media, energy and consumer products sectors.

Mr. Kennedy’s transactional practice includes outsourcing, software development and licensing, e-commerce transactions, technology transfer and intellectual property-intensive M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and re-structurings.
