StartUp Britain has launched a new online tool to match fledgling businesses with available desk space – to stimulate and support start-up growth.
StartUp Spaces, which is powered by Instant Offices’ marketplace, was designed in direct response to Lord Young’s recently-published enterprise report, which said:
“The UK has a good supply of office facilities, however many more companies could benefit from affordable space.â€
It is hoped that more than a thousand available office, start-up hub and co-working spaces will be listed through the tool within the next six months, and opportunities to occupy empty government offices will be added by the end of the year.
