Wichita, Kan.-based Avivo Brick Oven Pizzeria made its debut in 2005 in the NewMarket Square area. Nearly seven years later, the company is ready to franchise.
According to the Wichita Eagle, Avivo Brick Oven Pizzeria is part of In the Sauce Brands, which also operates Gambino’s Pizza, Hero Deli and Huey’s Smokehouse BBQ.
Gambino’s has 50 units in five states.
