The Oshkosh Northwestern:
Jim Deering and Marti Cross decided they wanted to bring something new to the Oshkosh community.
The result is N.E.W. PAWSibilities, a dog rescue shelter that is also part retail store, pet grooming service, doggy daycare and boarding facility.With the help of Joe Swetich and Charlie Cross, the two opened the business at 2300 Algoma Blvd. six months ago and have already had more than 100 adoptions to date.
“We’re kind of a one-stop shop for those who need it,†Deering said.
