As the Hot Head Burritos in Pataskala preps for opening, its owner is considering his expansion opportunities.
The Dayton-based fast casual Mexican food chain already has a pair of area developers growing its Central Ohio and Toledo markets. Franchisee Tony Ghiloni will be the man taking the chain further east, starting with the Pataskala restaurant at 480 E. Broad St. His territory as area developer includes much of east and southeast Ohio, starting at Licking County, going north almost to Canton, south to the Ohio River and east to Wheeling, W.Va. and the West Virginia-Pennsylvania border.
“What I’m finding is a lot of interest (in Hot Head) but people are hesitant to pull the trigger until they see one,†he said.
