That was very funny but at the same time oh so true! I use to work as a computer tech where auditors would call in with problems their lap tops were having during their audits, and that is pretty much what we did is walk them through something very similar to the above, and if we couldn’t fix their problem after a half hour or so we sent them to our supervisor.
