In California, there’s a process called “trial by written declaration” that makes it easier to get a speeding ticket dismissed or the charge reduced. Although the notice is on the back of every ticket, few people notice it, Miller said. And it can be done without a court date. His business, TicketBust.com, helps California drivers in this little-known method to fight traffic infractions
“We really took something that anybody can do themselves and built a business around it,” said Miller in an interview with CNNMOney.
